Serving up to 2000 People a Day in a Town of Only 167, with Sarah Heward of The Real Food Cafe.

When Sarah Heward of The Real Food Cafe in Tyndrum, Scotland, left her high paying corporate job in London, she didn’t quite understand the scale of the challenges before her.  The pull of a derelict Little Chef at the side A82 was the start of her vision of setting up her own coffee shop.

Sarah faced a huge number of challenges in creating the cafe they have today but has also learnt a huge number of lessons along the way. amongst what we are talking about today we are covering;

  • Why, as a leader, you can have a profound effect on the direction of your team members careers;
  • How your core values can really help you stay grounded, particularly through difficult times, and;
  •  The challenges of operating a food business in a remote location with a resident population of only 167.

and so much more.
