Adapting To The New Restaurant and Hospitality Workforce

Our industry needs to attract and retain young workers, mostly aged between 18 and 25, by leveraging social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok, making sure everything is mobile-friendly, offering flexibility, growth opportunities, and a benefits package that works for them. 

It’s essential to reach out to potential candidates with a strategy considering the range of people and factors like location, availability, and experience.
