2. Delivery of Services

For Podcast Production Services:

  • Project Timeline: After you purchase a production package, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your project requirements. Based on the package details and project scope, a timeline for deliverables will be set.
  • Deliverables: Services such as audio and video editing, distribution, and consulting will be delivered through digital platforms according to the agreed-upon timeline.
  • Completion: The project is considered complete upon the final delivery of edited audio and/or video files, which are ready for distribution.

For Advertisement & Sponsorship Management:

  • Initial Contact: Upon purchasing an advertisement or sponsorship package, our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss campaign details, including target audience, ad placement schedule, and creative requirements.
  • Placement and Performance Tracking: Ad placements and sponsorship mentions will be scheduled as per the agreed campaign plan, with performance metrics provided, where applicable.
  • Completion: The campaign is considered fulfilled once all scheduled ad placements are completed according to the plan.

3. Fulfillment Timelines

  • Podcast Production: Most production services are fulfilled within 5-15 business days, depending on project complexity and revisions required.
  • Advertisements & Sponsorships: Placements are typically scheduled to go live within 7-10 business days after providing all creative assets. The timeline may vary based on campaign length and scope.

4. Customer Support and Updates

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Full or partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis, based on the stage of completion and delivery of services. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.
